Understanding Popular Diets

There's a diet for everything and a claim for every diet. Low-carb will fix your hormones. Plant-based is the only ethical option. Fat is fine. Fat is the problem. No wonder people are confused.

The guides here don't recommend specific ways of eating. What they do is explain each one plainly - what it involves, what the evidence actually shows, whom it tends to suit, and where the limitations are.

So if you're curious about something you've seen online, or wondering whether a particular approach might be relevant to your symptoms, you'll find a straight answer here.

Eating is personal. What works well for one person may not work for another, and most people don't need to follow a named plan - they need to understand which principles are relevant to them.

Let's Talk

Most people don't need to follow a named plan. They need to understand which principles are relevant to their symptoms, their history and their life. That's exactly what a free call is for.

Book a free introductory call with me. We can have a chat about how you are feeling now and what your main concerns are. But most importantly we can talk about what you'd like to get out of working together and how you'd like to feel.

There is no obligation to work with me following this call but it's a great opportunity to have an informal chat and ask any questions about my Nutritional Therapy programme before committing.

Book in using the calendar shown and if there aren't any dates or times that suit you drop me an email to louise@louisegouldingnutrition.co.uk
