The Acne Rebalance programme is my signature 6 month programme specifically designed for those struggling with persistent acne. I understand how acne can significantly affect your confidence and this programme is designed to help you achieve long term improvements in your skin health.

During the programme we explore your unique acne triggers, looking at hormones, gut health, detoxification processes and baseline mineral levels. We will also look at lifestyle factors, such as stress and sleep, which can play a huge role in the health of your skin. Together, we will introduce small, sustainable changes to your nutrition and daily routine that will make a lasting difference to your skin health.

1 x 60-minute health and diet review.

6 x 45-minute follow-up consultations, where we review your progress, discuss any test results and further refine your programme.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis - a simple, non-invasive test that allows us to assess your baseline minerals, and the impact they are having on your digestion, detoxification capabilities, thyroid and adrenal health.

Personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme to support you in achieving your goals with evidence-based recommendations, nutrition education and NLP coaching.
