When you work with me, you are treated as a whole person, not a list of symptoms. I take the time to understand your unique story: how you eat, how you sleep, how you manage stress and what you want your future health to look like. My role is to support you in creating long-term, meaningful change so you can enjoy life with more ease, confidence and clarity, rather than constantly worrying about your gut, your hormones, your energy levels or how your skin will behave from one day to the next.
I left a marketing career to retrain in Personalised Nutrition after seeing how targeted changes transformed both my own acne, energy and hormones and my daughter’s reflux and eczema. That is why my work now focuses on personalised, realistic plans rather than one-size-fits-all diets or endless food rules, especially for women whose skin and confidence have been shaken by adult acne.
Over the years, I have seen how powerful it is when clients truly commit to their health. That is why I work with you across three months. This gives us the time to explore what is really going on beneath your symptoms and to understand the imbalances that may be contributing to how you feel.
Rather than overwhelming you with drastic change, we introduce small, sustainable shifts that naturally embed into your daily routine. These are the kinds of changes that last.
Who I typically work with
Clients come to me for many reasons, but most have one thing in common: they feel stuck.
Some of my clients come to me with persistent skin concerns such as adult acne, rosacea or eczema, and want to understand how these might be connected to their gut, hormones or inflammation. Others are living with IBS or ongoing digestive discomfort that affects their confidence and social life, or dealing with hormonal challenges such as PCOS, irregular or painful cycles, or perimenopausal symptoms that leave them feeling out of balance. Fatigue, brain fog, anxiety around food, inconsistent energy levels and feeling disconnected from or frustrated with their body are also incredibly common concerns.
Whatever you are experiencing, my approach brings together science-based nutrition, personalised lifestyle strategies and supportive coaching to help you understand what your body really needs.
If you have been dismissed or told “everything looks normal”, despite feeling far from it, or if you have tried making changes on your own but nothing seems to stick, this programme is designed to give you the structure and support that finally moves you forward. We will work closely together and, as your body responds, your personalised plan will adapt and evolve.

How we’ll work together over three months
Regular touchpoints so you keep moving forward
Five consultations over three months, including a 60 minute initial health and diet review and four 45 minute follow ups to review your progress, adapt your plan and keep you accountable.
A clear, personalised plan instead of generic advice
An in depth look at your food, sleep, stress and movement, followed by a personalised, evidence based nutrition and lifestyle plan that fits your real life. You will also receive recipes tailored to your recommendations, so you are not left staring at a blank plate or a long list of “don’ts”.
Support between sessions, so you are not doing this alone
Weekly check ins and optional food logging with feedback between consultations mean you can ask questions, share wins and troubleshoot challenges in real time, rather than waiting weeks to speak to someone.
Thoughtful supplement support where it genuinely helps
If supplements are appropriate, you will receive a professionally designed supplement strategy using high quality brands, with clear guidance on dosing and timing, safety checks with any medication you take, and access to client discounts where available.

This reflects three months of focused support, five consultations, between session contact and in depth analysis of your case, all designed to help you feel better in your skin and in your body, not just follow another short lived plan.
