Is your psoriasis knocking your confidence?
Does your acne get worse around your period?
Does your eczema flare when you're stressed?
Do your symptoms get worse with certain foods?
Does your skin react when you don’t get enough sleep?
I get you. As a Registered Nutritional Therapist, I have a specialist interest in skin health. The effects of eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and acne can be devastating to your well-being. And I understand how frustrating it is that the treatments you use clear up your skin and make you feel amazing, but your skin rebels the moment you stop using them.
Our skin is often a reflection of our internal health. Poor digestion, hormonal imbalances, stress and toxin exposure can all affect it. But our different diets, lifestyles, environment and genetics mean that we can’t take a ‘one size fits all’ approach to tackling skin conditions.
I help identify where you may have internal imbalances and use my knowledge of the human body and nutrition to address these, helping you feel beautifully confident in your skin.

I like to keep things simple. So when we work together we'll go through my 3 step programme to uncover and address any imbalances. We will focus on eating real yet delicious foods as well as prioritising time for you.
What My Clients Say
“I originally sought help for my chronic eczema. Louise clearly and patiently explained the science behind the changes that I needed to make to improve my issues.
After a 3 month program, with Louise's advice and support, not only did I manage to substantially improve my eczema and reduce my dependence on steroids but my IBS, heart burn, brain fog and constant tiredness all cleared up.”
