​I get you.  As a Registered Nutritional Therapist, I have a specialist interest in skin, gut and hormone health.

The effects of eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and acne can be devastating to your well-being.​

And I understand how frustrating it is that the treatments you use clear up your skin and make you feel amazing, but your skin rebels the moment you stop using them.

 

Digestive issues can leave you feeling bloated, uncomfortable or even embarrassed.

I understand how debilitating gut issues can be in your daily life. From the clothes you can wear to the outings you can go on, knowing that you need a toilet close by.

 

The inability to lose weight, no matter what diet you go on, and how much you restrict your eating, can be soul-destroying.

I've tried many diets over the years, and I know how tough it can be when they don't work. 

Sorting out your digestion and gut microbiome, balancing your hormones and getting the right nutrition to support stress and detoxification can make a huge difference in all these areas.  But we’re all biochemically unique.  There is no one size fits all approach. And where on earth do you start?  That’s where I can help you understand the right approach for you, as an individual.

I hold a postgraduate degree in Personalised Nutrition and in my clinic I support clients to feel their best, with a nutrition programme designed for long-term results.  Practical.  Achievable.  Designed just for You.
