Specialist in Skin, Gut & Hormone Health

Does this sound like you?

  • Your acne flares before your period, and you’re sick of covering it with makeup and filters.

  • Your psoriasis or eczema dictates what you wear and whether you say yes to plans.

  • You want your body to feel lighter and stronger, without sliding back into punishing diets.

  • Your bloating, pain or bathroom habits make you plan life around your gut.

  • You’re juggling work, life and hormones and feel knackered before you’ve even opened your emails.

If you recognise yourself in even one of these, you’re not failing. Your body is asking for a different kind of support.

The effects of acne, eczema, psoriasis and rosacea can be devastating to your well‑being, and it is incredibly frustrating when treatments only work while you are using them and your skin rebels the moment you stop.

Digestive issues can leave you bloated, uncomfortable and even embarrassed, from the clothes you feel you can wear to the outings you feel safe saying yes to, always needing a toilet close by.

And when you can’t lose weight no matter what diet you try, or how much you restrict, it can be completely soul-destroying. I have tried many diets over the years myself, so I know how tough it is when nothing seems to work.

Sorting out your digestion and gut microbiome, supporting your hormones and giving your body the right nutrition for stress and detoxification can make a huge difference to all of these symptoms. But we are all biochemically unique. There is no one-size-fits-all plan, which is why generic diets and blanket advice fall short.

That is where I come in: helping you understand what your body needs, and creating a plan that works for you as an individual.

I hold a postgraduate degree in Personalised Nutrition and have additional training in eating disorders and nutrigenomics. In my clinic, I support women to feel their best with nutrition programmes designed for long-term results; practical, achievable and built around your real life, not a perfect week on paper.

Practical. Achievable. Designed just for you.

My Approach

I like to keep things simple.  Simple, for me, means food you can buy in Sainsbury’s, tweaks that work on a busy Tuesday, and room for real life (and yes, real cake).

So when we work together, we'll go through my 3-step Eat · Restore · Relax framework to uncover what’s really going on and support your body in a way that actually fits your life. .We’ll always prioritise approaches that work on a hectic Tuesday, not just in a perfect week – with room for joy, socialising and the foods you love.

What My Clients Say

"Louise has quite literally changed my life. Feeling properly listened to for the first time in over 5 years about my struggles with gut health she helped me finally get the answers I needed to start building better habits and healing my gut.

Not only did the work I do with Louise massively impact my physical health but it's also given me so much confidence to do things I felt I couldn't easily before"
