I get you. As a Registered Nutritional Therapist, I have a specialist interest in skin health. The effects of eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and acne can be devastating to your well-being. Our skin is often a reflection of our internal health. Poor digestion, hormonal imbalances, stress and toxin exposure can all affect it. But our different diets, lifestyles, environment and genetics mean that we can’t take a ‘one size fits all’ approach to tackling skin conditions.
