Are you ready to find and embrace your inner strength? I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer who helps women achieve their fitness goals. With confidence.

 

My tailored approach to exercise addresses your specific goals, whether you are aiming to tone up, increase strength, run a 10k or boost your energy levels.

Whatever your goal, I will design you an exercise programme that takes into account your activity levels, lifestyle and exercise preferences. And you’ll be getting advanced nutrition support alongside your programme with my Postgraduate qualification in Personalised Nutrition.

Why Work With Me?

If you told me in secondary school that I would one day be a personal trainer... I'd have laughed at you. I was the girl who had every excuse under the sun NOT to do PE. 

​

But after having children I discovered what a huge impact exercise had on my mental wellbeing. And that it didn't matter if I couldn't catch a ball as that's not a skill needed in a gym! 

​

I'm a mum of three with very little time on my hands. So I know that asking you to work out 5 days a week for an hour at a time probably doesn't fit in with your lifestyle.  I know that walking into a gym can be so daunting and overwhelming. And I know that there's so much conflicting information about what exercise is best. 

 

It's why I work primarily with women to help them navigate fitting a personalised exercise programme into their busy lives to help them feel confident, strong and energised.  â€‹
